Our Story

Located in the heart of North Omaha, POC Collaborative Community Resource Center, serves as a hub for community and economic development.

Our mission is to elevate BIPOC voices, sustain entrepreneurial innovation, activate community resources, and amplify the legacy of the historic North Omaha community.

The space is led by local, Katrina Adams, who works in partnership with a board of community leaders equally committed to the growth and vitality of North Omaha.

A New Kind of Fellowship

Supporting emerging and established community leaders.

We Have What We Need

Our organization is steered by an asset-based approach to community development, where we identify, organize, and deploy the resources already found in our community to mobilize individuals, associations, and institutions to come together around shared goals.

Our North Star

Our Mission is to serve as a community and economic development hub that elevates underrepresented voices, sustains entrepreneurial innovation, activates community resources, and amplifies the legacy of our community.

We Aim to increase the economic stability and upward mobility of BIPOC community members and business leaders in Omaha, Nebraska.
