Supporting community leaders across the greater Omaha area by providing them with the tools, resources, and customized support to lead effectively in their areas of expertise.
Diversity in Development
Designed for people of the Global Majority (non-white) working in nonprofit and philanthropic development, such as fundraising roles, this program provides a comprehensive approach to mastering nonprofit fundraising, ensuring financial sustainability, and building essential networks for success. Participants gain access to a local network of professional peers, The Fund Raising School curriculum, and trainers from Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
Community Leadership
Through our partnership with the nationally recognized BoardBuild platform, we offer individuals self-paced training and certification in nonprofit board governance—a framework that defines the roles and responsibilities of a nonprofit's board members and executives.
Whether you’re looking to join a board for the first time or enhance your skills, participants gain exclusive access to a network of organizations seeking board members, providing opportunities to apply the knowledge gained during the training program. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will earn 2.6 CEU credits from the University of Texas at Arlington.
